As the Brand Strategy and Copy Lead at Dr. Reddy’s | Studio 5b you'll partner with our studio head, other design leads to take on a "player/coach" role on the design team, both doing the work and also managing designers.You'll work with the marketing leadership teams to shape the brand vision, visual system, and voice as we scale our products for Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
Your work and guidance will be critical in defining and shepherding our brands across demand/growth, comms, field events, and broader marketing programs, as well as collaborating with the product design team to ensure the brand is expressed through our product and services.

Consumer-facing brand experience and sensibility are a must.

The role of the Design Researcher is the main driver for developing a patient centric perspective. You will be responsible for understanding the user’s worldview and mapping their journey through managing disease across the continuum of care.
Your primary goal will be to build empathy with users, design the research activities and tools for this exercise and engage in conducting it. Your work will form the basis of the problem solving for the studio in creating relevant solutions that address pain points in the healthcare journey. Fulfilling this goal requires collaborating with Designers, Insights Experts, Strategists, Business Leaders and other process partners in the pharmaceutical space throughout the design process.

As part of Studio 5b’s mandate to create empathetic and innovative products and services, the UI Front-End and Multimedia Designer owns the experience space to deliver best in class interactions and animations by building on the design directions.
Your key responsibilities entail partnering with internal teams, understanding their goals, and develop the appropriate multimedia/UI solutions to help them meet their communications needs. Delivering front-end application for high fidelity design mock ups based on the design intent. Coordinating the workflow between the UX/UI designers and other team members and cooperating with the back-end developer (in-house and external) in the process of building API. Creating all facets of the motion graphics production and video editing process including the development of creative concepts, storyboarding, designing, editing, and post production and working closely with the visual design team and content writers to create compelling outputs that reflect a brand and user centric approach.
2 to 4 years of interactive or motion design experience, preferably with an in-house creative services team, ad agency, or production house, designing multimedia and UI front end solutions.
The Project Manager role at Studio 5B involves effectively managing and driving projects within the business across multiple geographies, by partnering with business and project leaders. The role will involve working in a cross-functional environment to effectively govern projects and meet set timelines. You will be instrumental in introducing new ways of working that drive collaboration and cooperation across organizational boundaries and levels.
We are looking for someone with strategy and operations experience, including 4-5 years leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives in consulting firms or equivalent roles in corporate strategy, development, etc. Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to both influence and develop strong partnerships at all levels.
